Bogota's "Bus Rapid Transit" system.
 On our new segment Here, There, we learn how other places approach public transportation.  We talk with Engineering Professor Alasdair Cain about the "Bus Rapid Transit" system in Bogota, Colombia.  Then, we'll hear from the former Vice President for Planning and Development at the Chicago Transit Authority about the successes and failures of our local system.
