Our third season of UnderCover comes to a close with the help of one of the largest acts we’ve had to date. Over the past couple months, we’ve brought you the work of Stevie Wonder, as interpreted by bands and musicians from Chicago’s music scene. Today, marching band Mucca Pazza's bandleader Mark Messing joined our UnderCover leader Colby Beserra to talk about the band’s interpretation of Stevie Wonder’s cut, “All Day Sucker.”

The series is produced in conjunction with Great Life Music. Colby Beserra is the music director, and our audio engineer is Brian Schwab with assistance from Mary Gaffney. Mucca Pazza’s latest release is Plays Well Together.

FYI, the route listed for the May 2nd Version Fest parade is in fact the route for the May 1st West Town Bikes parade. The May 2nd parade takes place in the West Loop.

Thanks for the catch! The route for the Version Fest Parade is still not scheduled, but the Version Fest site is linked above and will probably have all the details soon.

Gotta' be one of the best endings of a song there! Also, check out their "Nod To Magoo" for a great aftertaste!
