Lisa Haugaard is Executive Director of the Latin America Working Group, Adam Isacson coordinated the Columbia program for the Center for International Policy, and Joy Olson is Executive Director of The Washington Office on Latin America.

For the last ten years the groups have made this joint effort to track what was going on with the US military in this hemisphere.

They call it the Just the Facts Project, and Joy Olsen explained why they started the project.
