Justice After Conflict
From the Nuremberg trials to Guantanamo Bay, we look at international justice after conflict. As the Cambodian genocide tribunal gets ready for its first case next week, we take a critical look at the hopes and concerns for the tribunal. We talk about the intersections of art and justice with South Africa Constitutional Court Justice Albie Sachs And, we conclude the week with a live debate on what we should do with Guantanamo Bay detainees after President Obama closes the base.
