Alderman Richard Mell
Richard Mell has been Alderman for the 33rd Ward for 33 years. In 1968 he served as a driver for Sen. Ed Muskie, the presumptive Vice Presidential nominee. He recalls being with the Senator and his family in the Conrad Hilton when the violence broke out.
