Three years ago, we interviewed the founder of the Lemon Aid Fund in Sierra Leone on our Global Activism series. 

The organization has grown quite a bit since then, and now Nancy Peddle spends most of her time working with communities in Sierra Leone.

They’ve started a school, continued their work with war survivors, and began a project on female genital cutting.
