Chances are you’ll run across more than one street musician this holiday season. But imagine if a world renowned band was performing for free at your local El stop. That’s what happened a few weeks ago when a very famous ensemble, The Orbert Davis Quintet, treated CTA riders to an impromptu concert during the evening rush hour. For WBEZ, Linda Paul brings us this audio snapshot of the moment.
