Education Secretary Arne Duncan made his remarks at City Hall. He was accompanied by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Mayor Richard Daley, Chicago schools CEO Ron Huberman, and local community and political leaders. His visit follows the death of 16-year-old Fenger High School student Derrion Albert, who was killed in a mob fight a half mile from the school on September 24, 2009.
