Rod Blagojevich is making the rounds of social media as a part of his growing online presence. He’s just launched a new website to help him stay in touch with the ordinary Americans he says he likes to champion. But he should probably think twice about anything else he’d like to reveal online. According to Evan Brown, an Intellectual Property and Technology Attorney, in Chicago, social media networks are playing a more active role in the courts.
