Health Officials Aid Chicago's Immigrants during Swine Flu Scare

Though there are still no confirmed cases in Chicago, people are taking precautions to protect themselves from a possible swine flu infection. U.S. authorities are warning people to avoid unnecessary travel south of the border. In Chicago, health officials who work with Latino populations with ties to Mexico are just trying to make sure everyone who is sick gets treated promptly. Dr. Hugo Alvarez is deputy medical officer for Access Community Health Network, which runs clinics throughout Chicagoland. Almost half of their patients are Hispanic, mostly from Mexico. Dr. Alvarez explains what Access is doing to provide information about swine flu to the immigrant community.
