I'll write more about L3C. Obviously I am not being clear. And L3C is NOT a non-profit, it is a for-profit business that can ACCEPT foundation money. Most foundations find it very difficult to donate to a for profit business. This new model will make it MUCH, MUCH easier. get out of the non-profit mindset - it is something new.
