Secretary of State Jesse White discusses his reasons for rejecting Burris' Senate appointment. White is refusing to sign appointment documents because of the federal corruption charges against Blagojevich that include allegations he tried to sell or trade the seat for personal or political favors. Blagojevich was impeached Friday morning.
