Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich says he is not guilty of any criminal wrongdoing and plans to stay on the job. In his first substantial statement since his arrest on corruption charges last week, Blagojevich says he will fight until he takes his "last breath."

Mr Blagojevich should have chosen himself for the Senate seat vacated by president elect Obama. While he was trying to summon enough courage to do so, it appears that he was trying to sell off the Senate seat.
