Edgar: Maybe There's 'Just Something Wrong' with Blagojevich
Produced by City Room and the Associated Press on Wednesday, December 10, 2008
|
 |
Former Illinois Governor Jim Edgar says he was shocked by the allegations made against Governor Rod Blagojevich. Edgar notes that some of the governor's alleged actions occurred well after it was made public that his administration was under investigation.
EDGAR: It just amazes me that he would continue to try to do these things. You just wonder, I mean, you heard some talking about the arrogance, or if there's just something wrong with him.
Blagojevich's attorney says the governor believes he didn't do anything wrong, and asks Illinoisans to have faith in him.

Let Due Process be done. There must have been strong evidence to warrant an arrest beside the on going investigation. My question is.If he knew hewas under investigation why continue to engage in this type of alleged actions?
