Nick White

Producer

Nick serves as a producer for Chicago Public Radio, working with the Programming and Strategic Communications departments to shape the interstitial sound and imaging of WBEZ. He also produces special programming and contributes occasional arts stories to the station.

When not at WBEZ, Nick serves as editor for The Sound of Young America, an irreverent weekly interview program distributed by Public Radio International.

Nick previously was a contributor and production assistant for WBEZ's Sunday morning arts program Hello Beautiful! Prior to that, Nick worked as a music programmer and station manager for KZSC 88.1 FM in Santa Cruz, California.

Nick has a B.A. in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Nick resides in Chicago's West Town neighborhood.
